隨著積體電路的複雜度增加，測試的複雜度也跟著增加。為了要執行複雜的測試，業界使用的是自動測試機台來進行量測。但是目前的自動測試機台價錢並不便宜。因此本文就提出一個架構簡單、價錢便宜、易擴充也易維護的自動測試系統；在硬體方面，是使用了脈波產生器，及較常見的電源電表等，需另外設計的電路也只有儀器與待測元件間的測試架而已；在軟體方面，更提出了此自動測試系統的測試流程，可使用任何的程式語言來完成，而我們使用的是LabVIEW，使儀器控制方面更加簡單。

With the complication of IC increasing, it also causes the complication of test rising. In order to execute the complicated test program, in the field of business they use the ATE ( Automatic Test Equipment ) to proceed the measure but nowadays the ATE is expensive in price. Therefore, the report is published for setting up simple model, low-priced, easily expanded and easily maintained ATE. We use pulse generator and more familiar SourceMeter , and etc, regarding the requirement of IC programming; we only use the loadboard connecting DUT ( Device Under Test ) and instrument that’s all. We propose the technological processes of ATE that human can use any program language to perform, and we use LabVIEW to control the instrument.
