本研究主要在探討事業失敗的創業家,如何在失敗打擊中趨動創業家自我效能、有效運用社會資本、協助新投資機會辨識,使其能重回創業家場域,東山再起。本研究以質性分析方法,運用紮根理論分析,進行三位曾經經歷事業失敗、但現已東山再起且事業經營良好之創業家為分析對象。從紮根理論分析中發現,創業家察覺自有能力存在、失敗時勇於面對失敗事實,承擔責任之自我效能表現,有助於社會資本之運用,並能將社會資源之存在經由認可後轉化為創業家自身的社會資本,加上對利基市場的警覺性與運用先前知識將加速機會辨識,促進東山再起之成功。
This study mainly explore and discuss how entrepreneurs experiencing business failures could bounce back from the negative event, and how the failure experience motivate entrepreneurial self-efficacy(ESE), assist entrepreneur to manipulate social capital and opportunity recognition for coming back to their entrepreneurial career.
This study adopt Qualitative research methods and interview with 3 cases. Then, the study apply grounded theory to analysis samles’ failure experience, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, social capital and opportunity recognition. The study find that entrepreneur perceive they held self-efficacy, willing to face failure and bear responsibility will facilitate the application of the social capital. In addition, alertness of market with use prior knowledge can accelerate opportunity recognition in niche market which will accelerate failure entrepreneur bounce back.
