其中的phenyliodine(III) diacetate (PIDA)、phenyliodine(III) bis(trifluoroacetate) (PIFA)及[hydroxyl(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene (HTIB)是最常被使用的高價碘化合物。
Hypervalent iodine reagents have been extensively used in organic syntheses due to their low toxicity, ready availability and easy handling. Phenyliodine(III) diacetate (PIDA), phenyliodine(III) bis(trifluoroacetate) (PIFA) and [hydroxyl(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene (HTIB) are the most frequently used and easily available reagents in the family of iodine compounds.
Room temperature ionic liquids (RTIL) are liquids that are composed entirely of ions. In fact, ionic liquids can now be produced which remain liquid at room temperature and below (even as low as -90℃) and appear to be undemanding to manufacture and easy to handle. Ionic liquids offer an attractive alterative to conventional organic liquids for clean synthesis, as they are easy to be recycled, lack of flammability, and possess effectively no vapour pressure. Compared with classical molecular solvents, the ionic liquids are environmentally benign reaction media. In this work, hypervalent iodine(III) reagents and ionic liquids will be applied to prepare 4-aryl-2-phenyloxazoles and 2-arylimidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidines.
