研究探討紡織產業導入企業知識入口網站和經營績效之成功關鍵因素,以紡織產業為背景,本研究中採用DeLone & McLean 的資訊系統成功模型,透過文獻探討尋找出影響紡織產業企業知識入口網站成功的六類系統模型變數。以紡織業的針織公會會員之從業人員為研究對象,驗證此模型。並透過平衡計分卡管理智慧資本,將智慧資本納入平衡計分卡制度來驗證經營績效。本研究分析結果顯示資訊品質、服務品質、使用意願、使用者滿意愈佳,對經營績效相對愈佳;營運流程、創新流程及知識管理表現也愈佳,愈可提高企業的競爭優勢,使經營績效相對愈佳;而有效運用智慧資本的表現愈高,經營績效愈佳。而本研究之系統品質對使用意願未有顯著相關,其原因可能是因受訪的產業長期被歸類為傳統產業,其資訊系統大多僅能做到堪用,又在有限的資金與人力下,大多採行外包作業,所以客製化程度往往因廠商間的溝通與專業與否有關,當公司需要系統進一步更新時,外包廠商的改進速度往往趕不上使用者的期望。
This research take textile industry as the background ,probes into the to channel into the Enterprise Information Portal Website and key factor of success of managing performance, research this adopt information system of DeLone & McLean succeed model, it influences six kinds of successful system model parameters of Enterprise Information Portal Website of textile to probe into and look for out through the literature. Regard staff member of the Taiwan Knitting Industry Association as the research object, verify this model. Manage intelligence capital through Balanced Score Card, include intelligence capital in Balanced Score Card system come, and prove performance of dealing in. The analysis result of this research reveals Information quality, Service quality, consciousness are useful, the user is satisfied good, it is good to be relative to the performance of managing; Operation procedure, procedure and information management behave the better, healing can improve the innovative competition advantage of enterprises, it is the better to enable and manage the performance relatively; And it is the higher to use the behavior of the capital of intelligence effectively, it is the better to manage the performance. It is relevant that the systematic quality of this research useful to consciousness has not shown, its reason may be because the industry interviewed is sorted out as the traditional industry for a long time, its information system can only mostly accomplish and may use, under limited fund and manpower, mostly wrap up the homework outside the conduct of adopting, so the guest often makes the intensity of melting because communication and specialty among the manufacturers relate to deny, when it is further newer that the company needs the system, make improvement pace of manufacturer often can’t catch time run into the user's expectation .
