本篇論文使用關連嵌入式程序控制物件 (OLE for Process Control,OPC),與圖形化遠端監控技術,開發風力發電系統遠端監控平台,以有效解決風力機組運轉資料之傳輸效率低的問題。本文首先以RS-232介面建立封包監聽程式,以擷取與解碼風力機組之資料封包。並將解碼所得資訊轉入控制中心之OPC伺服器主機中。再者,運用iFix圖控系統之OPC Client/Server驅動介面,讀取控制中心OPC伺服主機之監控點資訊,顯示在圖控系統上,形成小型監控系統。此外根據開放式架構特性,透過圖控系統之iFix OPC Server功能,應用動態連結函式庫(DLL)方式以程式語言VB.Net 2003搭配OPC介面技術開發監控系統,依使用者需求設計完成開放式監控介面。
最後為驗證本文所發展之遠端監控平台軟體之效能與實用性,本文選擇了桃園地區大潭發電廠之觀園風力發電站運轉之之風力機組運轉資料作為實際模擬驗證。
This thesis proposes OPC (OLE for Process Control) technology and graphic remote control technology to design and implement a remote control platform of wind power system in order to efficiently solve the problem of low data transfer rate before. This thesis first develops RS-232 interface based listening program to retrieve and decode data packet of wind power system. In order to get the operating values, we decode the data packet by using GE wind power protocol and transfer into OPC Server in control center. The next step applies the OPC Client/Server driver interface of iFix graphic control software to retrieve the operating values of OPC Server in control center and subsequently to show the operating information with iFix graphic control software. Dynamic Link Library(DLL) technology associated with OPC interface technology are applied to develop remote control interface by VB.net 2003 through iFix OPC server function according to open structure and customer approach design guide.
Finally, in order to verify the proposed remote control platform’s efficiency and practicality, the real operation data collected from Guanyuan wind farm of Datan Power Plant in Taoyuan County is applied for computer simulation and testing. Testing results show that the performance of proposed remote control program can be justified.
