二十一世紀是知識經濟時代和創新與知識管理能力的時代。
本研究目的是探討創新與組織績效之間的關係,並以知識管理為干擾變數,驗証知識管理是否會影響創新與組織經營績效。本研究是以96年度社會局登記立案之四百零二家之托兒所為研究對象。本研究以平衡計分卡之四種績效指標來衡量組織經營績效,並採用層級迴歸(Hierarchical Regression)的方法,來驗證創新與組織經營績效的關係、知識管理與組織經營績效的關係及知識管理的干擾效果,對組織經營績效的影響。根據研究結果顯示,除了管理創新對財務績效無顯著的影響關係之外,其餘部份創新對於四種組織績效指標均有顯著的正向影響關係,而知識管理對於四種組織績效指標皆有顯著的正向影響關係,但知識管理的干擾效果只有在組織經營績效指標為顧客構面時才存在。創新與知識管理都將會對組織經營績效造成影響,但可能由於創新與知識管理所發揮出來的綜效不易立即反應在組織經營績效上,因此造成只有在組織經營績效上,因此造成只有在組織經營績效指標為顧客構面績效時,知識管理才有正向的干擾效果,而在其他組織績效指標上知識管理則無干擾效果。所以本研究建議從事創新與知識管理活動的企業,在評估創新與知識管理的交互效果時,應該使用長期的概念而不是短期的概念。經由資料分析的結果可知托兒所在創新或知識管理的努力上,雖沒有不足但仍有一個相當大的進步的空間。
The purpose of the study is to discuss the relationship between recreation and organization efficient, and also refer the knowledge management as intruder; to proof the knowledge management can effect the recreation and organization efficient. This study is based on legal registered 402 kindergarten at changhow social bureau in end of year 96. This study is refer equal balance of four kind of achievement to ponder organization efficient, and also apply the hierarchical regression to exam the relationship between recreation and organization efficient, knowledge management and organization efficient also the interfere of knowledge management can affect with organization efficient. According to the result of study, except of recreation management has no obvious effect to financial achievement, the rest parts of recreation has positive impact to four kind of organization efficient, also the knowledge management has positive impact to four kind of organization efficient, however the interference of knowledge management only exist in organization efficient as indicator at customer side.
Recreation and knowledge management has both impact to organization efficient, but recreation and knowledge management can not develop the immediate impact to organization efficient, as result, only organization efficient as indicator for customer side has positive affection to knowledge management, and rest of organization effieincet has non interference with knowledge management. This study suggest the enterprise whom work for recreation and knowledge management, while evaluate correlation between recreation and knowledge management, should apply the long term concept not short term concept. As result of data analysis show, the effort of recreation and knowledge management is not enough for kindergarten, it still need some space to be improved.
