本研究旨在探討高階管理團隊中成員異質性對組織的績效的影響,另外本研究亦依公司國際化與環境不確定性程度的不同,探討國際化與環境不確定性對高階管理團隊異質性與績效之關係的影響。
本研究以2005年,台灣上市櫃資訊電子業廠商共為362家作為研究的樣本。本研究實證結果與發現,台灣資訊電子業中高階管理團隊異質性越高,組織績效也越佳;其次,在干擾效果上,廠商國際化程度越高時,會強化異質性團隊與績效之正向關係。
This research is for the purpose of discussing in the top management team’s member heterogeneity to organization''s achievements influence. Moreover in this research also depends on the difference in the company internationalization and the environment uncertainty degree, To discuss the relationship between internationalization and the environment uncertainty to the top management team heterogeneity with firm performance.

The research data include 362 cases from Taiwan electrical industry in 2005. The empirical results indicate that in Taiwan electrical industry if the top management team has high heterogeneity, then the firm performance belong to the top management team will get great performance. And In disturbance effect, the positive relationship between top management team heterogeneity and firm performance will be stronger in firm with high level of internationalization.
