本研究目的在於了解碩士生與指導老師進行論文指導時,其師徒關係「社會化」的成效。故本研究探討各師徒關係發展階段其師徒制功能之差異,碩士生與指導老師互動過程中,對滿意度、研究自我效能和情感承諾之影響程度,以及不同的個人因素對師徒關係發展階段與師徒制功能的影響。本研究以問卷調查法對銘傳大學資訊和管理學院的碩士生進行實證研究,並從190位有效樣本進行資料分析,結果有四點發現:(1)指導老師在論文進行階段,其給予的實質幫助會較多;(2)指導老師給予越多的心理社會幫助,可提昇碩士生的滿意度、研究自我效能和情感承諾,但若給予過多的友誼和教導,反而有可能會降低碩士生的情感承諾;(3)指導老師性別方面,不管是找男指導老師還是女指導老師,他們給予的職涯和心理社會功能都差不多;(4)本校和本科的學生雖然較早確認師徒關係,但是所認知到的師徒制功能與非本校和非本科的學生沒有差異。這些結果希望能提供未來碩士生找指導老師時的一些建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore into the effects of Socialization in Mentor Relationship between the adviser and graduate student. Therefore, different Mentor Relationship Phases and Mentoring Functions will influence degree of satisfaction, research self-efficacy and affectional commitment in the process among the interactions. Besides, different individual factors will influence phases of Mentor Relationship and Mentoring Functions. The method to carry out this study was using questionnaire survey, which included questions and statements. The participants of this research were selected 190 graduate students attending the departments of Management and Information in Ming Chuan University. Four findings of this research are summarizing as following: (1) the adviser gave lots of helps to students during thesis phase; (2) if the adviser gave more psychological helps, students could promote more satisfaction, research self-efficacy and affectional commitment; (3) although students were early confirmed mentor relationship from the original school and major, it shows no difference on the Mentoring Functions; (4) advisers have no gender differences while suffering career and psychosocial functions to students. However, it is hoped that it can serve as a basis for further study in Mentoring Program.
