本研究主要探討企業應用PDM與ERP系統整合技術後,對提昇新產品開發專案的績效評估,以提供企業導入PDM與ERP系統整合技術與策略的建議。

本研究方法以問卷調查方式收集專家意見,將資料紀錄彙整後,以層級分析法(AHP)進行統計分析,求出各層級的權重;接著再針對已導入PDM與ERP系統整合的企業進行實際績效的調查,將調查結果收集整理後,分產業類別求得各產業績效,然後進行績效比較。根據研究結果發現化學製造業的績效相對較好,而電信及通信業績效相對較差,再進行深入調查後發現客製化程度、資訊是否分享、軟體廠商適時協助等為造成績效差異的主要原因。
This research is focused on estimating the performance of the new product development project with PDM and ERP system integration technology. It provides some suggestions to industry when they implement PDM and ERP system integration technology and strategy.

The data collection method includes survey study from professional experts and corresponding enterprises and users. The statistical analysis is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. The research results showed that the performance of chemical manufacture is relatively good, and telecommunication and communication industry is relatively poor. After advanced investigation, we found that customization level, information sharing and proper software provider make the major performance differences.
