產品生命週期管理(PLM, Product Lifecycle Management)最近在協同製造與設計環境中被視為較新的企業策略模式,可提供產品結構、製程、配銷與服務初期概念,及從設計至工程發放(engineering launch)生產等配置與管理規劃。針對PLM系統所帶來之效能,尋求有效的PLM系統效能評估模式,以利於新產品開發之管理與提升其品質。將PLM效能評估模式應用於實際案例驗證,以探討不同產業導入PLM系統效能之差異,分析其關鍵影響因素。
本研究藉由層級分析法(AHP)探究PLM系統效能,計算出PLM系統評估準則後,本研究結果發現「顧客對於產品品質滿意度」與「開發產品設計是否符合客戶需求」為影響企業導入PLM系統之最重要兩項準則。此外,藉由所得之權重作為指標驗證,瞭解製造業在PLM系統導入情形,並探討製造業中不同企業導入PLM系統之差異。
本研究主要貢獻在於提供導入PLM系統效能衡量指標,給予尚未導入PLM系統之企業,瞭解導入PLM系統之預期效能,藉以評估PLM系統導入與實際運作效能,提供企業投資PLM決策之審定。以便於廠商藉由資訊便利性,整合其企業內外資訊,有助於產品設計與生產品質,增進與客戶的產品研發效能,縮短產品的開發時間。
In collaborative manufacturing and developing, product lifecycle management (PLM) has recently been recognized as a new strategic business model to support product structure, processes, distribution and service from initial concept, through design, engineering launch and allocate the plans. It is performance of PLM system to research the effectiveness PLM system evaluation model and has advantages about management of developing new products and quality. Using PLM system evaluation model apply an empirical research on real cases of manufacturing industry to discuss the difference industries of PLM system performance and analyze keys of effect factors.
This research explores PLM system performance by using AHP. After calculating the criterion of PLM system, this research express that “Customers’ satisfaction towards products” and “whether developing production design is correspond to clients’ needs” are two important criteria for influencing taking enterprise cases into PLM system evaluation model and find difference of it.
The main contribution of this research provides the criterion of PLM system performance, and gives the anticipated benefit to enterprises without installing PLM system. Through evaluating PLM system with the actual operation benefit, provides the enterprise to approval of investment. By the information convenience, integrate enterprise inside and outside the information and is helpful to the product design and the production quality. It promotes with the customer product research and development performance and reduces the product development time.
