本研究的目的是以網路化訓練來探討受訓學員之自我效能與訓練移轉意願的關係,而本研究也想探究知覺移轉距離是否為自我效能與訓練移轉意願之關係的干擾變數,以做為企業在安排教育訓練時的參考。
針對上述目的進行分析,本研究以某教育訓練業者來做為研究對象,針對該數位學院高雄市區旗下三家分院做問卷調查,本研究總共發放220份問卷,實際回收214份問卷,合計有效問卷為171份,經由敘述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本T檢定、Pearson相關分析、階層迴歸分析。

本研究的分析結果整理如下:

一、本研究發現就網路化訓練而言,自我效能與訓練移轉意願無顯著關係。

二、透過網路化訓練,知覺移轉距離與訓練移轉意願有顯著負相關。

三、透過網路化訓練,知覺移轉距離對自我效能與訓練移轉意願無干擾效果。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and intention of training transfer and to exam the moderating effect of perceived transfer distance on their relationship for web-based training. This study utilized survey research method to collect data from students registered for web-based training courses in a vocational training institution in Taiwan. A total of 171 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using statistical techniques such as descriptive, reliability test, t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, hierarchical regression Analysis. The results are summarized as follows:

1.No significant relationship was found between self-efficacy and intentions of training transfer for web-based training.

2.There was a significant and negative relationship between perceived transfer distance and intentions of training transfer web-based training.

3.There was no moderating effect for perceived transfer distance on the relationship between self-efficacy and intentions of training transfer for web-based training.
