根據經濟部投審會統計,截至2007年4月為止,台灣廠商赴中國大陸投資已經超過35,000家,金額也超過了580億美元;更令人驚羨的是,1000大台商中營收成長的有763家,賺錢的企業更高達864家。從這些營收成長且獲利的台商企業中,我們觀察到絕大部分屬於製造業,且所生產的各項產品間大都具有一定程度的相關性。何以會有這樣的現象呢?為找出上述問題的答案,本研究以工商時報所發行之「2005年大陸台商1000大」中的前500大台商的各項資料為研究樣本。實證結果顯示:(1)台商採行產品多樣化的程度越高,其經營績效越佳。(2)相對於投資其他產業,選擇原料能源礦業進行投資且產品多樣化程度越高,其經營績效越佳。(3)產品多樣化程度越高且組織規模越大時,其經營績效越佳。
According to the statistics from the Investment Commission of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, From April 2007, the manufacturers from Taiwan to mainland China investment has been more than 35,000, the amount exceeded 58 billion US dollars. What is even more surprising is that 10 large revenue growths in the Taiwan Enterprises have 763, the money-making enterprises as much as 864. These are profit and revenue growth to the Taiwan enterprises; we have observed that most of the manufacturing industry, but also by the production of various products have a certain degree of correlation. To find out the relationship between them, the study will explore the diversification of Taiwan Enterprises in mainland China-related business performance impact. To find out the answer to the above problems, A study by the Business Times survey in 2006 Taiwanese Enterprises in the Mainland before the 500 large enterprises revenue for the samples. The Examination results show that (1) The higher the product diversification, the higher organizational performance. (2) Different industry types have different relationships between product diversification and organizational performance. (3) The higher the product diversification and the larger the organization, the better the organizational performance.
