本研究使用磺酸基團陰子型界面活性劑固定於陰子交換薄膜上,使改質成疏水性薄膜。所使用的陰離子交換薄膜為SB 6407 membrane和adsept Q membrane,磺酸基團陰離子界面活性劑為C8 (sodium 1-octanesulfonate)、C12 (Sodium 1-dodecanesulfonate)、C18 (1-octadecanesulfonic acid sodium salt)。本研究使用兩種清洗陰離子交換薄膜方法:使用去離子水清洗(其對立離子仍為Cl-)及以NaOH清洗(薄膜上的對立離子已置換為OH-),之後固定陰離子界面活性劑,結果以去離子水清洗後的陰離子交換薄膜有較佳的固定效率。在批次疏水物質吸附部分,以吸附doxepin hydrochloride為主,吸附量以使用去離子水清洗後固定上C12 (surfactant amount : membrane I.E.C.= 1:1)的效果最佳。批次脫附部分則使用不同脫附液脫附D.I. water、20% ethanol、40% ethanol、60% ethanol、80% ethanol、1 M NaCl in 20% ethanol做探討,結果以使用20% ethanol 有110%的脫附效果最佳。而在流動固相萃取結果方面,ㄧ片改質後的陰離子交換薄膜能幾乎完全吸附10 ml的0.1 ppm doxepin hydrochloride溶液,經使用批次脫附的最佳脫附溶液(20% ethanol)進行脫附,則能獲得些微的濃縮效果。
