所謂逆物流包含重新使用、回收、再製造與處置等概念,這些繁複的作業流程使公司無法有效掌控管理;且須符合環境保護規範(重新使用原物料、降低能源消耗、降低廢棄物掩埋等),當前環保意識為世界主要籲求,舊產品回收將為一項重要任務!已有一些研究顯示,導入資訊科技能節省公司在物流上的成本,本研究進一步地驗證資訊科技,可在逆物流的領域裡發揮出更大的功效。本研究利用事件模擬方法結合逆物流之概念,分別針對台灣與芬蘭現有廢棄個人電腦逆物流流程建構模擬模式,再導入資訊科技建構模擬模式,在不同模式中以系統最小成本為目標,藉由案例本身與導入資訊科技四個方案比較,分析不同方案中資訊科技造成的變化與其產生的效益,實驗中發現以長期觀點來看資訊科技的導入確實能提升逆物流的效率,並可藉由最佳化的方式找出經濟人力成本。
The reverse logistics covers reuse, recycle, remanufacture and disposal. The complicated operation processes made it difficult to manage. In order to conform to the environmental regulations (Reuse of raw material, Reduce energy consumption and reduce waste landfill etc.), recycling of used products has become more important due to the growing environment concerns. Some studies have shown that information technology could save cost in logistics. This study shows that information technology plays an important role in implementing reverse logistics. In this study, we build a simulation model including the concept of reverse logistics in order to discuss the case about the personal computer reverse logistics in Taiwan and Finland. In addition, application of information technology is simulated in our models. In different models, the goal is to seek the minimum labor cost. The differences and beneficial results caused by implementing information technology will be compared and analyzed in each case. Empirical results show that the performance of implementing information technology is noticeable in long term. Furthermore, we find the economic labor cost by using optimization solution.
