近年來,由於網際網路的興起,資訊取得越來越容易。健康資訊是一般大眾常接觸的資訊,許多組織與政府部門將資訊公佈到網路上。公共衛生政策其中一個重要目標是教育一般大眾。為了整合網際網路上異質的資訊,本論文提供一個架構與一般大眾。在這個架構下,本論文使用語意網來整合不同角色與不同觀點。
彈性與自動化是兩個語意網重要的特色。在本論文中,我們研究如何使用語意網來支援健康照護資訊。尤其我們敘述了使用本體論和子工具協助本體論基礎的疾病搜尋系統之設計與應用。
In recent years, with the Internet boom, getting information becomes easier than before. The general public needs health information in their daily life. Many organizations or government departments put information through the Internet. An important objective of public health policy is to educate the general public. In order to integrate heterogeneity information on the World Wide Web, this thesis offers a structure for the general public. In this structure, this thesis uses Semantic Web to integrate different roles and different point of views.
Flexibility and automation are two important characteristics of the Semantic Web. In this thesis we investigate how Semantic Web can be used to support health care informatics. Especially, we describe the design and application of a disease searching system which uses ontology and sub tools to assist ontology based searching system design and application.
