近年來由於科技進步及都市發展,造成的光害問題日趨嚴重。國內住商環境兩者間的分野原本就模糊,隨著都市商業逐漸繁榮,廣告照明林立於住宅環境中,這些光線照射對鄰近住戶的起居生活造成危害,而國內廣告照明對住家環境的影響缺乏法規約束及相關研究。
為探討廣告照明對住宅環境光侵擾的情形,本研究以台北市及台南市知名住商混合區道路做為調查對象,測量該區域住宅樓層建築立面照度並評估光侵擾危害的情形。
本研究內容摘要如下:
一、國內外相關研究文獻收集,指出國內現有法規的缺失。並探討國內現有廣告招牌架設的問題。
二、實測顯示國內住商混合區域居住環境的確存在光侵擾問題,其立面照度超出CIE限制值15∼20 lx。
三、分析街道之營業樓層數多寡和廣告招牌架設類型及數量對住宅光侵擾之衝擊。解析招牌組合模式的差異,計算廣告招牌對建築立面影響之照度數值。
建議廣告照明設計規劃階段應考量光侵擾議題,控制廣告照明對建築立面開口之照射角度與光強,降低該區域居住環境受光侵擾的危害。研究結論期望能為將來修定降低廣告照明對居住環境危害相關法規之參考。
Because of technological progress and urban development, the problem of light pollution become seriously. In Taiwan, living and commercial environment are mixed. And amount of advertising lighting set in the residential environment, these advertising signs caused harm to the daily life of nearby residents. There are no regulations and recommendations to limit the illumination of advertising lighting for residential environmental and the lack of related research in Taiwan.
In order to discuss the problem of light trespass by advertising lighting in residential environment, this study selected streets in Mixed Residential Commercial District in Taipei and Tainan which are known cities in Taiwan as samples. Surveying the illumination of residential building elevation and comprehend the light trespass issue.

The summary is as follows:

Collecting international research literature, pointed out the missing in existing laws and regulations, and to discuss the problems of advertising signs.

The results showed that the light trespass does exist in Mixed Residential Commercial District environment, its elevation CIE illumination limit of 15 ~ 20 lx.

The floors of building and number of advertising signs erected on the type and quantity of light trespass impact. Analytical models of different combinations of advertising signs, calculated on the construction of advertising signs elevation impact of the illumination.

Recommend a lighting design of advertising signs and planning stage should consider the question for light trespass, controlling the signs lighting on the building elevation with the opening of the structure, the living environment of the region to reduce the harm of light pollution. The results could be the foundation for improving advertising lighting and for preventing light pollution.
