本文建立一個三國模型,本國與外國生產產品全數出口至第三國,第三國市場需求設定如Grossman and Shapiro (1984) 一文模型,廠商於第三國市場進行訊息性廣告。本文探討政府執行單一政策下,出口或廣告之最適政策;以及考慮雙重政策下,最適出口及廣告政策。結論發現:若政府執行單一出口政策,最適政策可能為課稅或補貼,視廣告對本國產量增加的幅度而定,廣告效果大(小)最適出口政策為補貼(課稅)。與傳統在成本面的政策一定為課稅結論不同;而執行單一廣告政策時,自由貿易最佳;執行雙重政策時,最適出口政策為補貼,最適廣告為課稅。
