論文名稱:利用穩定氫同位素研究台灣高屏溪流域及中國廣州市野鴝之秋季遷移模式

本研究於2007年11月至2008年3月間在台灣高屏溪流域及中國廣州市採集野鴝(Luscinia calliope)羽毛,應用穩定氫同位素組成探討野鴝之秋季遷移,並提供其在高屏溪流域生長中羽毛的穩定氫同位素比值資訊作為參考。
本研究結果顯示,分析在高屏溪流域生長中的羽毛之δDf,發現δDf的變化不大(-37 ± 7.7‰, n = 9)且換算的降雨δDp和同時期的實際值很接近。台灣高屏溪流域野鴝亞成鳥(-100 ± 12‰, n = 51)及成鳥尾羽的δDf(-100 ± 12‰, n = 19)沒有明顯不同。然而,台灣高屏溪流域所捕捉到的野鴝尾羽的δDf(-100 ± 11‰, n = 54)和來自中國廣州市的樣本(-107 ± 14‰, n = 29)則有顯著差異,來自台灣高屏溪流域的樣本可能來自較低繁殖緯度,若以95%的信賴區間來推估,最北可分布至俄羅斯南部地區,最南到北韓。
高屏溪流域野鴝的δDf和捕捉日呈正相關,其中11-12月抵達的個體來自較廣泛的緯度,1-3月的個體只剩來自低緯度族群,此表示11月的個體中來自高緯度者可能已經離開(屬過境鳥);換言之,較北方繁殖族群會過境台灣到較南的度冬地過冬,因此屬於蛙跳遷移系統。
