本研究目的為運用於感音神經性聽損者,以瞭解華語單音節字音語音聽辨測驗評估的可信度。語音聽辨測驗可信度包含複本信度、重測信度與折半信度。華語單音節字音語音聽辨測驗內含六張25個測試音的半表,可組成九張全表,並提供標準化語音檔。受測者為30名感音神經性聽損者,年齡介於23至77歲間,平均51歲。每名受測者需於最舒適位階(most comfortable level, MCL)下,完成華語單音節字音語音聽辨測驗,且需完成兩次測驗以評估重測信度。
將30名受測者接受華語單音節字音語音聽辨測驗所得結果,以皮爾森相關係數(Pearson correlation coefficient)、成對樣本t檢定(paired t test)、變異數分析(analysis of variance, ANOVA)法與二項式模型(binomial model)檢驗華語單音節字音語音聽辨測驗全半表之重測信度、複本信度與折半信度。
研究結果顯示,華語單音節字音語音聽辨測驗在安靜環境下施測具有良好重測信度、複本信度與折半信度。因此,華語單音節字音語音聽辨測驗可提供臨床做為實用的臨床語音聽力評估工具。
The purpose of the study was to evaluate reliability of the mandarin monosyllable recognition test (MMRT) in hearing-impaired listeners. The aspects of reliability of multiple-list word recognition tests involve interlist equivalence, test-retest reliabi lity, and split-half reliability.
There are six half-lists and nine full-lists in the MMRT. Thirty subjects with sensorineural hearing loss participated in this study, and ranged in age from 23 to 77 years with a mean age of 51 years. The MMRT word lists were presented to the subjects at their most comfortable listening levels (MCLs) to obtain the word recognition scores. The word lists were tested twice for all subjects to evaluate the test-retest reliability.
Pearson correlation coefficients, paired t test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and binomial model were used to assess the reliability of the results of MMRT. The findings indicate good reliability of test-retest, interlist equivalence and split-half in quiet. Therefore, the MMRT is a reliable clinical tool of assessing word discrimination.
