本研究的目的在探討2×2成就目標、動機氣候與運動動機等變項的相關與預測情形。研究假設大專運動員2×2成就目標與動機氣候、運動動機彼此之間有相關;2×2成就目標與動機氣候的交互作用能預測運動動機。受試者為大專甲組男子運動員共256名,利用2×2成就目標量表、知覺動機氣候量表及運動動機量表作為測量之工具。使用皮爾森積差相關、逐步迴歸分析和多元階層迴歸分析之後,發現:精熟趨近目標、精熟逃避目標、精熟氣候可解釋內在動機總變異量40%;精熟趨近目標、精熟逃避目標、精熟氣候、表現氣候可解釋認同調節總變異量30%;精熟氣候、表現氣候可解釋內射調節總變異量26%;表現趨近目標、精熟氣候、表現氣候可解釋外在調節總變異量25%;精熟趨近目標、精熟逃避目標、表現氣候可解釋無動機總變異量29%。研究結果雖然只部分支持假設,但仍可以發現教練在平時訓練時應鼓勵運動員主動趨近個人內在標準的能力,才能有效引導選手展現自我決定較高的動機型式。未來可以從情境或年齡加以探討,以期提供更有效幫助運動員的方法。

The purpose of this research was to examine the relationships among achievement goals, motivational climate and sport participation motivation of intercollegiate athletes. It was hypothesized that there is a relationship between achievement goals, motivational climate and sport participation motivation. Also, it was hypothesized that there is an interactions between achievement goals and sport participation motivation. The samples were 256 college athletes and were administered with 2×2 Achievement Goal Questionnaire for Sport, Motivational Climate Questionnaire for Sport, and Sport Motivation Scale.By using Pearson product-moment correlation, Stepwise and Hierarchical multiple regression, it was found that mastery-approach goal, mastery-avoidance goal and mastery climate predicted 40% variation in intrinsic motivation. Also, it was found that mastery-approach goal, mastery-avoidance goal, mastery climate and performance climate predicted 30% variation in the identified regulation from. Moreover, mastery climate and performance climate predicted 26% variation in introjected regulation. Further, a 25% variation in external regulation was predicted by performance-approach goal, mastery climate and performance climate. Moreover, a 29% variation in amotivation was predicted by mastery-approach goal, mastery-avoidance goal and performance climate.Though only partially supported the hypotheses, it suggested that coach should reinforce athletes’ perceived ability by their own criteria in regular training so to strengthen athletes’ self-determination motivation. It was also suggested that future study may examine the situational or age factors that interact with sport participation motivation.
