本研究的目的在針對國小學童於進行網路合作學習時產生的小組工作問題,設計一能改善小組工作問題的電腦化介入機制。本研究首先透過原案分析法,取得專家教師在網路合作學習活動中,為解決小組間的參與互動、參與動機、同儕互助、及組內協調等工作問題,所採取的介入策略;其次,再將取得的介入策略轉換成電腦可讀取之型式。本研究針對解決小組工作問題,共得到9項電腦化介入策略。此研究成果將可作為未來建置合作學習系統的依據或參考。
This research aimed to design a computerized intervention mechanism which could improve teamwork problems of elementary school students during their network-based collaborative learning. At first, the research acquired teachers’ intervention strategies for resolving working problems among groups during their network-based collaborative learning through the method of protocol analysis, such as participative interaction, motives for participation, cooperation of peers and coordination within groups. Secondly, the intervention strategies were transformed into computer-interpretable formats. Totally nine computerized intervention strategies for resolving the teamwork problems were obtained. The result may serve as basis or reference for developing computerized intervention mechanism of CSCL system.
