This research is to study for the teaching tactics with the web project-based learning, utilize the course content of the social field to choose the relevant topic to carry on teaching research.The research which is carry on 12 classes to 29 students of grade five. In teaching of eight courses,we want to know the affect about web project-based learning on project based ability and problem solve ability. In the web project-based learning,we can find students have three abilities:data search,data integration and the ability to share their product. through the qualitative analyses in project-based learning ,students can present this three abilities.otherwise, other teachers also can consult with it.,we can find students have significant distinction after the problem solves ability to pass quantitative analysis.By this means, web project-based learning can advance students’ problem solve ability. In gender differences, web project-based learning have no significant distinction of different sex.
