臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

在一般肢體衝突的情境之下，大多數的球員不會有太強烈的道德聯想，因為他們可以透過裁判或規則進而取得補償（罰球、取得球權、對方技術犯規）。但是當上述「訴諸制度或規則」的條件不成立時，有些球員卻會透過不合常理（打架）的方式，來達成某種心態上的平衡或藉以傳達某種訊息，有時甚至會演變為更激烈的群體打架事件。「打架就是不對」是一條道德黃金定律嗎？道德衝突的情境似乎不斷地在運動場上演，到底運動員該採取怎樣的道德判斷來解決運動場上的兩難困境呢？本研究將以SBL2006~2007年第四季第五場例行賽（達欣虎v.s.東風鷹）為研究個案，透過深度訪談個案中的兩位運動員來搜集資料，採用紮根理論研究法並搭配Atlas.ti 5.0質化研究分析軟體作為工具，來對資料進行編碼。研究者希望進入分析資料的研究歷程之後，能夠從資料中衍生出理論。藉由這多個面向來澄清兩位臺灣職業籃球運動員個案如何面對道德兩難困境，並檢驗其採取之行為是否符合黑爾的道德思維兩層理論的觀點。因此，整理出的研究結果發現（一）籃球比賽是怎麼打的？（二）籃球比賽就是這樣打的！最後的結論為（一）職業球員必須謹守職場倫理，以發揮自身的運動能力為本份；（二）信任裁判相同的執法標準；（三）堅持「作弊是不對的」黃金定律，運動員必須在公平的原則下競爭；（四）尊重對手與籃球文化；（五）傳統主義觀點雖不見得完美，但是它可以讓你巧妙地運用策略，獲得對手的尊重以及良好的社會形象；（六）相信運動員有能力去解決運動道德衝突。

When physical clash occurs on the basketball court, most players would not associate the clash with strong moral connection, because they can get the compensation from the referees or the rules (free throw; the right of service; adversarial technical foul). However, when the above-mentioned conditions (appealing to the systems or the rules) can’t bring into existence, some players would resort to unreasonable behavior (fighting) or even group fighting to express their discontent or protest. Is it (It’s wrong to fight) a moral Golden Law? The circumstances of moral conflict seem to appear on the playing court constantly. What moral judgments should players adopt to solve the dilemmas on the court? The researcher would adopt the Game 5 of 4th season on SBL (Dacintigers v.s. Azioeagles) of 2006~2007 to be the sample and collect relevant data form in-depth interview with two basketball athletes. Grounded theory is the methodology employed in the research and Qualitative Research- Analysis software Atlas.ti 5.0 is used to encode the data. The researcher hopes to derive the theory during the process of data-analysis. The researcher also attempts to clarify how the two Taiwan professional basketball players face the moral dilemmas and to check whether it accords with the concept of Hare’s moral thinking - the bistratum theory. As a result, the researching outcome found that: (1) How to play basketball games? (2) The way to play basketball games. The conclusions are: (1) Professional players must abide by the professional ethics, and that’s player’s job to bring his/her sporting ability into full play; (2) To trust the referees’ judgments; (3)To insist the Golden Law- It’s wrong to cheat; (4) To respect the competitors and the cultures of basketball; (5) The traditionalism is not perfect, but it makes you use the tactics capably, and thus obtain competitors’ respect and good social images ; (6) To trust that the athletes are able to deal with the moral conflict on the court.
