物,分別為visartiside A (1)、visartiside B (2)、naringenin-7-O- [5-O-transcinnamoyl-β-D-apiosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside (3)、pinocembrin-7-O-[cinnamoyl(1→5)-β-D-apiosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside (4) 、pinocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5) 、naringenin-7-O-β- D-glucopyranoside (6)、eriodictyol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7) 、homoeriodictyol-7-O-glucopyranoside (8) 以及兩個1,3-diphenylpropane 化合物viscolin-4’’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9)、viscolin-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10) 和一個benzenoid glycoside 化合物5-O-trans-cinnamoyl-β-D-apiosyl(1→3)-α-D-glucopyranoside (11),還有一個triterpenoid 化合物,oleanolic acid (12),1~3 及9~11 為新化合物。
Viscum articulatum belonging to Loranthaceae family is traditionally
used to treat lots of inflammatory disease such as hemorrhage, pleurisy,
gout, heart disease, arthritis and hypertension. Using bioassay-directed
fractionation from the ethyl acetate layer of EtOH extract of V. articulatum,
twelve compounds including eight flavanones, visartiside A (1), visartiside
B (2), naringenin-7-O-[5-O-trans-cinnamoyl-
