The purpose of this study is to construct a model of the relationships among comprehension, deftness, adaptive flexibility and competence. This study tries to analyze whether comprehension and deftness influence competence via adaptive flexibility indirectly, or influence competence directly. According to the literature, we address seven assumptions in this study. Data from questionnaires are used to analyze the 158 team workers. Using regression, the empirical results are as follows:
1.There are positive correlations among comprehension, deftness, adaptive flexibility and competence.
2.Comprehension and deftness influence competence indirectly by the mediation of adaptive flexibility.
Finally, this study addresses relevant suggestions to academia and practice.
