在生物醫學研究中,存活分析是一非常有用的統計分析方法。然而,若資料顯示一些個體永遠不會經歷到感興趣之事件的發生,就需在存活分析中考慮使用治癒模型。本論文針對一個廣義的治癒模型---模型中考慮了存活時間為異質性的轉換模型,藉模擬討論該異質性的公式假設錯誤時,對於其他參數的估計與推論有何影響,並探討轉換模型中其考慮異質性存在的重要性。
In the biomedical research, the survival analysis is a popular and useful statistical technique. However, if the data reveal that subpopulation will not experience the interested event, we shall consider using the cure model in the survival analysis. This thesis focuses on a generalized cure model which considers the heteroscedasticity in the transformation model of the lifetime. If the formula of the heteroscedasticity is miss-specified, we examine its effects on the estimation and inference of other parameters via simulation. The importance of considering the existence of the heteroscedasticity is also explored.
