日常生活中,我們常常碰到一些跨媒體成像設備上發生色彩不一致的情況,例如我們把將數位相機所拍攝下來的影像傳輸到顯示器上,經常會發現兩個顯示設備上相同影像卻呈現出不同的色彩表現。這是由於顯示器、數位相機、印表機等各種設備所擁有的色域範圍都不盡相同。本論文提出導入S型階調壓縮與Unsharp Mask空間濾鏡概念之空間式色域對映法,來解決原演算法中使用裁切法可能造成的偽輪廓現象,期望以目前現有sRGB螢幕的架構下,利用色域對映技術來模擬Adobe RGB螢幕的色外貌。
In daily life, we always encounter some color-dismatch problems on cross-media imaging. For example, an image shown on one display device may look different from the same image displayed on another one, due to a native gamut for every different image device. In this study, a spatial gamut mapping algorithm was proposed to introduce both a S-type of tone-compression function and an Unsharp Mask filter. The experiment results showed that sRGB format of display satisfactorly simulated image appearance of Adobe RGB format of display by applying the gamut mapping technology derived in this study.
