本研究旨在瞭解不同背景變項的化妝品專櫃小姐之人際依附風格與愛情態度之現況差異情形。採用問卷調查法，以高雄市願意配合學術調查之百貨公司之化妝品專櫃小姐為對象。本研究工具採用王慶福編製之「人際依附風格量表」與自編之「愛情態度量表」為問卷，共發出450份問卷，收回350份有效問卷，收回有效率為77.78％，研究結果顯示：
壹、不同背景之化妝品專櫃小姐對人際依附風格的差異情形
一、年齡愈大的化妝品專櫃小姐其安全依附與排斥依附愈顯著。
二、教育程度為專科學校畢業的化妝品專櫃小姐之安全依附及排斥依附比其他教育程度更為顯著。
三、不同婚姻狀況的化妝品專櫃小姐之安全依附風格和排斥依附風格是有顯著差異的。
四、不同化妝品專櫃工作年資的化妝品專櫃小姐對焦慮依附風格之差異最為顯著。
五、不同戀愛次數的化妝品專櫃小姐之安全依附、逃避依附、排斥依附是有顯著差異的。
貳、不同背景之化妝品專櫃小姐對愛情態度的差異情形
一、不同年齡的化妝品專櫃小姐與負向愛情態度有顯著差異。
二、不同教育程度的化妝品專櫃小姐與愛情態度有顯著差異。
三、不同婚姻狀況的化妝品專櫃小姐對負向愛情態度有顯著差異。
四、不同化妝品專櫃工作年資的化妝品專櫃小姐對正向愛情態度有顯著差異。
五、不同戀愛次數的化妝品專櫃小姐與正向愛情態度最為顯著差異。
叁、化妝品專櫃小姐之人際依附風格與愛情態度之相關情形
一、化妝品專櫃小姐之安全依附風格與愛情態度有顯著正相關。
肆、建議
一、主管階層宜建立輔導制度以薪火相傳，並減少新鮮人之挫折感。
二、主管階層宜多給化妝品專櫃小姐在職進修的機會。

The purpose of this study aims at knowing the difference between attachment styles and love attitude of the cosmetics saleswomen of the department stores in Kaohsiung under varied background by Questionnaire Survey.
Tools used in this study are “ Scale of Attachment Style ” made by Dr. Wang, Ching-Fu and “ Scale of Love Attitude ” made by the author. A total of 450 questionnaires were sent out and 350 questionnaires were responded that show a returning rate of 77.78％.
The conclusions are as follows：
1. Attachment styles of cosmetics saleswomen vary due to different personal background .
（1）.Elder cosmetics saleswomen show significant differences on secure attachment and dismissing attachment.
（2）. Cosmetics saleswomen that graduate from a college show significant differences on secure attachment and dismissing attachment than others.
（3）.Cosmetics saleswomen of different marital status show significant differences on secure attachment and dismissing attachment.
（4）. Cosmetics saleswomen of different cosmetic counter seniority show significant differences on anxious attachment.

（5）. Cosmetics saleswomen of different times of love affair show significant differences on secure attachment、avoidance attachment and dismissing attachment.
2. Love attitude of cosmetics saleswomen vary due to different personal background.
（1）.Cosmetics saleswomen of different ages show significant differences on negative love attitude.
（2）. Cosmetics saleswomen of different education background show significant differences on love attitude.
（3）.Cosmetics saleswomen of different marital status show significant differences on negative love attitude.
（4）. Cosmetics saleswomen of different cosmetic counter seniority show significant differences on positive love attitude.
（5）. Cosmetics saleswomen of different times of love affair show significant differences on positive love attitude.
3. The relationship between attachment style and love attitude of cosmetics saleswomen.
（1）.Secure attachment of cosmetics saleswomen is significantly related with positive love attitude.
4.Suggestions
（1）.The administrative department should build up a system that can help decrease the frustration of the inexperienced cosmetics saleswomen.
（2）. The administrative department should offer the opportunity for further education and on-the-job training to cosmetics saleswomen.
