在競爭激烈的市場中,由於技術的快速改變,使得產品生命週期縮短同時產品市場也轉變為世界性的市場,如此使得新產品的開發工作更顯得重要。然而新產品開發通常是一系列有組織且有緊密關連的重要活動。因此,在面對變化日益快速的競爭環境時,新產品的開發工作,不僅要考慮技術層面,同時也應包含財務、人力資源、管理等層面之內容,亦即應以採取系統化之預估方式對新產品的開發做整體性之規劃,經由WBS工作分解結構徹底瞭解筆記型電腦所有工作細項和工時,讓資源有效的分配和精確的掌控開發時程。
在本研究中,依產品分解結構和成本分解結構的定義為基礎,分別預估並分析合理時間及成本的資料結果。研究分析的結果,做為主管的決策模式, 其中決策模式的考量。由於研發筆記型電腦專案工程時間與金額大小之差異,決策者將產生不同的思考決策模式,面對不同情境將採取不同的應變策略。本研究選定兩項不同特性的筆記型電腦研發工程專案進行個案研究,希望能藉此了解不同屬性之研發專案所需的時間和成本。
WBS是以最終目標為起點,將工作劃分為可管理的單元,本身是將專案所要達成的項目進行分割,主要試作為時程規劃,所以在OEM的專案中首次生產出貨(First Customer Ship. FCS)日期通常為客戶指定不能更改,而確定進行開發的時間確時常延後,所以在有限的時間內要將專案如期完成必須增加工作效率及能力和增加研發專案人員。對於確定性高的專案,可考量採用專案模版修正局部作業成為新專案的工作;對於不確定性高的專案,可藉由作業細項負責人員累積其功能和成本算出開發階段預算。
In the market with keen competition, because of the fast change of technology, make products life cycle shorten the product market change into the world market too at the same time, make the development of the new products seem more important even more so. But new product development is usually a series of organized important activities of having close connection. So, in the face of changing the fast competitive environment day by day, the development of the new products, not only should consider the technological aspect but also should include holding within such aspects as financial affairs, human resources, management. at the same time, namely should make the planning of gullibility to the development of the new products by way of taking systematized estimating in advance, resolve the structure and find out about the detailed one of work of note type computer and man-hour completely via WBS work, Cheng with controlling accurately while developing of distribution letting resources be effective.
In this research, based on resolving the definition that the structure and cost resolve the structure in accordance with the products, estimate and analyze reasonable time and materials result of the cost in advance respectively. Result researched and analyzed, do it for the executive's decision way, the doing in the test amount of the decision way among them. Because of researching and developing the note type difference between computer special project project time and size of amount of money, the policymaker will produce different thinking decision ways; will adopt different emergency tactics in the face of different situation. The note type computer that this research selects two different characteristics researches and develops the project special project and carries on case study, can hope for understanding the time and cost that the research and development special project of different attribute needs by this.
WBS regard final goal as starting point, divide work into but Entrance of management, itself project reached to want is it cut apart to go on special project, try planning Cheng when regarding as mainly, so produce the goods for the first time in the special project of OEM (First Customer Ship. FCS) Date can not usually appoint to alter for the customer, and confirm the time to develop is often postponed truly, is it is it must increase the working efficiency and ability and is it research and develop special project person to increase to finish as scheduled special project to want within limited time. Special project high to the determinacy can consider and adopt the mask works of the special project to revise the work that some homework becomes the new special project; The special project high to uncertainty, can accumulate its function and cost and calculate the developing stage budget with the detailed responsible persons of homework.
