近年來國人對遺傳疾病方面的諮詢服務需求日益增加,但遺傳疾病的治療是目前醫學界遇到的一大難題,因為直至現今尚未有最好或是最有效的治療方法,因此只能朝向預防醫學發展,而其中的一種方式即是高危險族群的篩選。而遺傳疾病中又以無明顯遺傳規則、慢性、受個人生活型態等環境因素影響的多因子遺傳疾病最為容易讓國人忽視。因此本研究建立以正規化分析為基礎的疾病推理系統,以找出多因子遺傳疾病病患之特徵然後用以篩選出潛在病患,進而提供應注意之病症或惡習以及相關照護資訊幫助其改變不良的生活習慣與建議就醫檢察,以達到疾病預防的效果。然而由於近年來多因子遺傳疾病中常見的糖尿病在國人十大死因中排名第四且有上升趨勢,因此本研究利用正規概念分析處理第二型糖尿病患資料以找出糖尿病誘發因子間之關連與特徵並產生關聯法則,然後依據系統使用者所輸入之資料透過JESS推理引擎判別是否與規則相符合或具有相同特徵,進而得知是否具有患病的可能。正規概念分析法可有效地透過分析既有資料、找出資料特徵、建構知識地圖並以圖形表示,並且找出尚未發現的隱藏知識或關聯,因此更適合用於描述醫療領域中疾病與疾病特徵間之關聯。
In recent years, people in Taiwan were interested in knowing about genetic diseases. But treating genetic disease is quite tough, because there isn’t a best or most effective therapy. The researchers could only move toward the preventive medicine, and screening is one of the solutions. Among genetic diseases, multifactorial disorders are often ignored by patients because they are chronic, do not follow the Mendelian Law, and usually effected by the environment, such as patient’s lifestyle. There are three purposes of this research: first, construct a multifactorial disorder reasoning system using Formal Concept Analysis; second, find out the features of patients; and third, sieve out the high risk groups. The system can remind the users what kind of related diseases or bad habits that they should notice. The system also advice them to take a glucose test. In addition, the system will provide health care information to help them get rid of their bad habits and finally to achieve the goal of preventing diseases. However, Diabetes Mellitus, one of multifactorial disorders, has been the fourth among the top ten leading causes of death in Taiwan recently and is still rising. Formal Concept Analysis can effectively analyze data, explore data features, construct knowledge map graphically and mine the relations or knowledge that had not been discovered yet. Also Formal Concept Analysis is suitable for describing disease and relationships between disease and findings in medical field. This paper uses Formal Concept Analysis to analyze the type 2 diabetes patients’ medical data and find the relationships expressed in dependence rules between risk factors. The reasoning system will match the rules and the user data through JESS to find out whether there is a high risk of having diabetes on the users in the future.
