本論文研究藉由領導相關理論學術文獻和量化研究探討領導者的用人之道和領導效能之間的關係。本篇論文的研究問題是:領導者的用人之道與領導效能間關係為何?用人之道的技巧有哪些?本研究採用了研究者設計的問卷;研究者採用訪問十二位華亞科技公司的員工和研究相關文獻來發展問卷。前測資料分析後刪減至四十一題的用人之道問項。正式測驗從台灣的各個公司及五個不同行業別中去蒐集了三百六十位受測者的資料。其中包括政府部門、服務業、補教機構、高科技產業,以及其他。量化分析研究出知人善任、循名責實、獎賞皆與領導表現有正向相關。資料分析也證明了用人之道與領導效能有重要相關。
This thesis contributed to understand the relationship between leadership and leadership effectiveness via vast quantity of leadership literatures and a quantitative study. The research questions of this study were “What is the relationship between leader’s staffing skills and leadership effectiveness?”and “What are common staffing skills?” The study employed a questionnaire that designed by the researcher. For developing the questionnaire, the researcher interviewed 12 employees from Hwa-Ya Technology Company and gathered relevant literatures and resources. The researcher done a pretest and reduced the items into 41 items of staffing skills questions. For the formal test, the sample was collected from 360 employees from various departments of different companies (i.e., Government Department, Service industry, Supplementary educational institutes, High Tech companies, and others) in Taiwan. Data were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that three dimensions, “recognition”, “authentication”, and “reward fairness” were positively related to leadership effectiveness. The analysis data indicated the correlations between staffing skills and leadership effectiveness were high and significant.
