本研究目的為規劃分析學校優秀運動人才資料庫資訊系統之需求，提供各類運動賽會及相關單位使用。透過分析運動賽會舉辦之作業流程、競賽規程、相關規定準則，以及實體運動賽會資訊系統，將所有相關資料和操作弁鉰鉥垂媞c為系統需求規劃分析。研究方法採用文獻分析法，進行需求構面的建立。並採用焦點團體法，邀請運動競技、運動教育、資訊工程等不同領域的專家進行座談會議，針對系統需求做規格上之定義及相關問題討論。資料處理採用文獻歸納法、錄音逐字稿和會議記錄的方式呈現。本研究之結果，系統核心架構為結合註冊報名、成績輸入與匯出、綜合查詢，並俱備後端管理弁鄋瑣膃X性資訊系統。子系統包含了註冊系統、報名系統、成績系統、查詢系統及系統管理。由註冊系統建立優秀運動人才資料，連結至公開組資料庫做身份檢核後，提供資料來源供報名系統及成績系統使用，並使用統一的成績欄位格式做為資料交換與呈現的標準，即可與各賽會的競賽系統互動，做相關的報名資料輸出或成績資料匯入。本系統能協助掌握追蹤優秀運動人才之動態與現況，提昇比賽效益及公平性，進而提昇競技表現水準。

The purpose of this study was to design and analyze the requirements of the school outstanding athletic database system in order to provide various kinds of sports games and related units to use of it. Games organized through the analysis of the operational flow, the race order, relevant provisions of the guidelines, as well as the sporting information systems, will all the relevant information and operating functions of the conversion planning to build for the system. Research instrument was used by document analysis, which demands the establishment of dimensions, and the use of focus group method, which invite sport education, information engineering in such diverse areas as a forum of experts meeting to make the specifications for system requirements on the definition and discussion of related issues. The data was analyzed by literature inductive, sound recording verbatim text and the way the record of the meeting.
The results of this study, the system combines the core framework for registration, score input and export, integrated inquiries and ready back-end management capabilities of integrated information systems. Subsystem contains a registration system, application system, score systems, query systems and system management. Registration systems by the outstanding athletic information, links to the Open Group to do the identity of the database check, the provision of sources of information for application systems and system score, and score using a unified format for a column with the presented data exchange standards, that is with the event Interactive contest system, make the relevant application information data into the output or score. The system can help track the outstanding talent athletic to master the dynamics and the current situation to enhance the effectiveness and fairness of competition, thereby enhancing the standard of athletic performance
