隨著3C產業的發展,產品多元化及多功能,產品的生命週期也愈來愈短。為了各種客戶的需求,產品需要不斷求新求變,設計變更成為無可避免的一個重要的環節,有效的處理設計變更,不僅可以加速產品的開發以及節省成本,更可以提高產品的有效性及時效性,滿足顧客的需求。本研究主要分為二部份,第一部份主要以CAD軟體Pro/ENGINNER視窗下的瀏覽器,開發出一套具知識化網路引導模具設計變更系統,藉由引導系統的流程,以及知識化的功能,可以減少使用者在軟體操作上發生錯誤而導致模型失真,且隨著系統的引導,能避免遺漏需要修改的部份,迅速正確完成設計變更,達到事半功倍的效果且提高設計變更的及時性和有效性。藉由程式設計與資料庫的結合,使設計變更表單無紙化,配合即時線上通知的方式,通知各相關部門設計變更發生的情形,使資料同步化,降低錯誤的發生,並搭配設計變更知識庫,記錄此次設計變更資訊,提供日後發生設計變更時的參考知識。
第二部份為具知識化設計變更資料庫,主要讓使用者可以藉由過往發生設計變更的專案作為參考,讓主管在審核設計變更申請時,能夠依據資料庫提供的資訊,準確的判斷是否有需要發生設計變更,發生設計變更時可以依據資料庫提供的資訊,配合設計變更引導系統中使用,給予使用者在設計上作為參考,加速產品開發的速度,並且在引導流程中加入設計變更所需注意的地方,以減少設計變更發生的次數並縮短產品開發的時間。
Due to the development of the 3C industry and the diversification multiple functions of products, the life cycles of products have gradually become shorter and shorter. In order to meet the demands and needs of various clients, products are required to be constantly renewed and updated, and design modifications have become an inevitable and crucial procedure. Effective design modifications not only speed up product development and save the cost, but it also enhances the efficiency of products, thus satisfying the needs of clients. This study is mainly divided into two parts. The first part is applying the CAD software Pro/ENGINEER browser to develop a navigating system for design change of 3D mold design with knowledge management. Through the procedures of navigated system and the knowledge based functions, errors made by users when operating the software can be reduced. Also, through the navigation of the system, parts that need to be modified will not be left out, therefore, design modifications can be completed quickly and the efficiency design modifications can be enhanced. Nevertheless, by integrating programming and databases, design modification forms will not have to be printed out and shown on paper. In addition, by cooperating with online messenger, each and every related department are notified of the conditions that occurred in design modification, thus synchronizing information and reducing the occurrence of errors. Integrated with design modification knowledge bases, the design modification information of this time is thus recorded, as a result, providing reference knowledge for design modifications in the future.
The second part is the knowledge base design modification database. The main purpose is to allow users to refer to past design modification cases so that when the chief is verifying and examining design modification applications, the chief is able to accurately determine, according to the information provided by the database, whether there is the need for design modification or not. Moreover, according to the information provided by the database, design modification can be carried out with the cooperation of design modification navigating system to provide reference to users and to speed up product development process. In addition, places that need to be kept an eye on are added into navigating procedures so as to reduce the number of times design modification occurs and also to shorten product development time.
