本研究嘗試建構鋪面表面紋理與摩擦力之間關聯性,先前研究利用高解析度環型紋理測量儀 (High Definition Circular Test Machine, HDCTM)的精確度來量測紋理值試圖找尋紋理與摩擦力之間的相關性,本研究動機主要為延續先前研究,透過改良之高解析度紋理掃描儀(High Definition Scan Texture Machine, HDSTM)運用2 D掃描之量測方式,進一步找尋在擷取不同範圍下之表面紋理參數。研究中主要針對密級配瀝青混凝土(Dense Grade Asphalt Concrete, DGAC)之鋪面類型作為試驗樣本,探討雷射量測所得紋理值和英式擺錘試驗儀(British Pendulum Tester, BPT)所測得之英式擺錘值(British Pendulum Number, BPN)兩者之間關聯性,研究中並將HDCTM實驗成果當作對照組與HDSTM做比較分析。從分析結果得出,對於BPN做關聯性分析2D紋理參數比起1D紋理參數於相關性(γ值)與解釋力(R2值)上皆優於1D紋理參數,在於透過2D量測方式提升量測數據量和多樣化紋理參數設計。透過各項2D紋理參數評量結果與摩擦力相關性皆高於0.7,於本研究中最後根據2D紋理參數之間比較結果得出一項2D紋理參數-紋理節塊平均剖面深度值(Segment of Average Profile Depth, SAPD)做為鋪面摩擦力訂定門檻值標準之紋理參數。綜合本研究之論點,說明2D紋理量測值比起1D紋理量測值較為精確,並且在摩擦力模型建構上更具有解釋力,若利用2D紋理量測值計算得2D紋理參數,比起1D紋理參數於鋪面紋理上更具有代表性,因此使用2D紋理參數與摩擦力進行模型建構,此組合更適合提供給未來研究者做參考依據。
The study tried to measure 2D pavement surface texture with 2 D Lasers CCD and develops a friction prediction. Firstly, High Definition Scan Texture Machine (HDSTM) which owns the ability of measurement 2 D surface texture was created, and it also were valid with precise gauge blocks. In addition, the High Definition Circular Test Machine (HDCTM) which was developed following ASTM E2157 was regard as a comparison. Afterward, Dense Grade Asphalt Concrete (DGAC) mixture were prepared in laboratory and compacted by pavement roller. All the specimens were 50cm×50cm×5cm and about 30 kg. Compaction control processes adopt the electronic field pavement instrument to make sure its density. Before test, every specimen should be curing one day. Friction test machines adopt British Portable Tester(BPT). After friction, 1D and 2 D texture data were collected; friction forecast model with texture would be established with Linear Regression. According to Results, all coefficient of determination (R2) of 2 D texture parameters were greater than 0.7, and Segment of Average Profile Depth (SAPD) owns highest value of R2 , they show significance linear relationship between number of BPT and SAPD. In addition, SAPD is also much better than Mean Profile Depth (MPD) which is 1 D texture in ASTM E2157 on correlation analysis. Based on above, SAPD is the most representative factor of 2D surface texture factor, and application of 2 D texture to predict friction is more feasible. This tropic is worthy further studying.
