帶通濾波器(Bandpass Filter,BPF)常置於射頻系統電路前端,對於提升訊號品質有關鍵性的影響,一般而言,雙頻系統使用之濾波器為兩個單頻濾波器,經過適當的連結而成,然而這樣的作法使得電路面積及成本均會倍增,在本論文中,我們將以共平面波導(CPW)結合寬邊耦合(broadside-coupled)及缺陷式接地結構(defected ground structure,DGS)的理論為主體架構,設計出三種型式之雙頻帶寬頻濾波器。
我們所設計的濾波器,不僅架構簡單,且可應用於手機(900~1800 MHz)及WLAN頻帶(2.4 GHz/5.2 GHz)和WiMAX(2.5~2.69 GHz/5.72~5.8 GHz)的整合上。最後,使用彎折(Bend)技巧進而達到尺寸微小化,並成功的實現於ROGERS RO4233高頻基板上,與此結構相關的設計理論與實際量測將在本文中被詳細討論。
Bandpass Filter has extensively been exploited as one of the key building blocks in the front of the RF (Radio Frequency) system to improve signal quality , In general , the Dual-band Bandpass Filter for dual band system is to compose of two Bandpass Filters , this way , not only had large the circuit of area ,but also had high cost ,In the paper, based on the multi - mode resonance of the Coplanar Waveguide ( CPW ) , broadside-coupled and defected ground structure ( DGS ) is to design three kinds of Dual-band Bandpass Filters with Wide-band Behavior. This Filter not only had simple structure , but also had good performance of the GSM (900 MHz ~ 1800 MHz ),WLAN(2.4 GHz/5.2 GHz) and WiMAX (2.5~2.69 GHz/5.72~5.8 GHz).Application can be exhibited.
Finally, We use the bend skill making the filter more compact ,and this structure is fabricated on RO4233 substrate.
