知識經濟的興起和網路產業的蓬勃發展之下，如何利用軟體系統進行知識管理、分享、與交流，逐漸成為一個重要的課題。近年來有相當多的大型企業導入知識管理系統，但是適用於小型研究團體的系統卻付之闕如。本論文利用近年來發展迅速的語意維基(Semantic Wiki)，搭配問題本位學習法(Problem-based Learning)和焦點團體法(Focus group)，建立一個適用於小型研究團體的知識管理系統。本系統的平台不僅可以儲存學習歷程以及學習上的問題討論，並且利用語意網(Semantic Web)概念進行知識分類與管理。除此之外，我們提出了一些評估方法和策略，來了解使用者使用系統後的學習效果。我們提供這個系統的目的是為了讓小型研究團體能夠經由這樣的平台進行合作學習，一方面提供新進成員有效的學習指引，另一方面可以持續提升現有成員的專業知識，讓每位成員在各個階段都能夠在其知識領域內擁有專業能力。

In recent years, there are already a considerable number of knowledge management systems which are built for large corporate companies. However, there are not many systems available for small research communities. In this paper, we use Semantic Wiki and Problem-Based Learning theory to build a collaborative learning platform of knowledge management system for small research groups. It can’t only store learning history and related issues, but also use Semantic Web to do knowledge classification and management. In addition, our system provides several strategies to evaluate effectiveness of user learning experience. The purpose of our system is to help junior members quickly grasp the expertise of their specific domain knowledge and assist senior members to become experienced researchers through cooperative learning and knowledge sharing. Our goal is to guide the junior with a good start and help the senior grow. With the help of our system, each member of the group can make progress at every step of the learning process in their knowledge domains.
