本論文主要在設計一個良好的與可交談式之電腦視窗介面,以輔助復健科醫師及病患使用手部運動感測器系統。藉著系統人機介面的使用,讓醫師及病患能夠更容易及友善地使用裝置,並對每次的復健結果進行分析統計,藉此輔助醫師之病情了解與病患復健之進度。
本論文設計之手部感測系統包括USB(Universal Series Bus,通用串列匯流排)控制電路,指捏力之硬體電路裝置,旋轉力之硬體電路裝置,以及電腦端視窗化介面。本論文利用力量感測電阻(Force SensingResistor,FSR)元件測量手指捏力並對此元件加以分析其特性,並利用馬達的特性製作測量旋轉力的裝置。而電腦視窗化介面則包括人機介面應用程式及USB 傳輸韌體程式,人機介面應用程式主要是利用BorlandC++ Builder(BCB)軟體來撰寫,USB 韌體程式則是藉由Keil C 軟體開發,最後,本論文完成一電腦視窗化人機介面手部運動感測系統,並驗證與展示其各項功能。

How does the rehabilitation for injured hand or fingers recover to the normal function, is great challenge for the physician and physiatrist to evaluate. In order to access the hand motion and manipulating function, an interactive and friendly computer interface measurement device that is capable of measuring the force of finger adduction and abduction or opposition of between thumb and fingers will be helpful for physician to diagnose and treat a patient. The motive of this thesis is then to design a hand function force measurement device with computer interface for the metacarpal force measurement.

The hand function force measurement system with computer interface designed in this thesis is basically an USB microcontroller-based system, it consists of a pinch force measurement device and a revolving force measurement device. The pinch force measurement device consists of a force sensing resistor, an instrumentation amplifier, voltage regulator, analog to digital converter, monitoring device, and a microcontroller. The revolving force measurement device is designed and implemented by a DSP-based motor control device. Each unit of the force measurement sensor circuit is designed well and simulated by circuit simulation software. Furthermore, the hardware circuits of each unit are integrated and also the software programmed are edited and complied to execute. Finally, a prototype of hand force measurement system based on microcontroller is implemented and demonstrated.
