本研究將由「社會網絡」的角度去探討組織中成員的「人際情感網絡」與「人際衝突網絡」對於員工之「工作壓力」與「職業倦怠」的影響。由於組織成員間若無法有效溝通、協調就會產生衝突,衝突的發生會直接影響團體的整體效能。以「問卷調查」作為研究工具,調查受測者的工作壓力與職業倦怠感,並運用網絡分析軟體UCINET,分別對人際情感網絡與人際衝突網絡等二個不同網絡進行分析,再利用SPSS進行統計分析。共發放66份問卷,回收66份。本研究獲得重要研究如下:
一、 就受測群體而言,人際情感網絡呈現緊密連結的狀態,人際衝突網絡呈現鬆散連結的狀態,顯示該群體的每位受測者彼此之間感情良好,對於衝突的感受較低。
二、 就受測群體而言,工作壓力的感受中等,職業倦怠的感受偏低,顯示該群體的每位受測者普遍對於工作進度與工作內容有壓力的感受,但依舊對工作充滿熱情,並無職業倦怠。
三、 受測群體從人際情感網絡對工作壓力與職業倦怠層面上來看,皆呈顯著負相關,顯示在群體中人際情感愈好的人,較無工作壓力與職倦怠的感受。
四、 受測群體從人際衝突網絡對工作壓力與職業倦怠層面上來看,皆呈顯著正相關,表示在群體中人際衝突愈大的人,工作壓力與職業倦怠的感受也愈高。
The effects of working pressure and occupational tiredness between the members resulted from the effects of the interpersonal feeling network (IFN) and the interpersonal conflict networks (ICN) were investigated on the perspective of society network (SN). The performance of the workgroup was greatly affected by the conflict resulted from bad communications between the group members. The effects of the IFN and the ICN were estimated by investigating the working pressure and occupational tiredness of the testee by questionnaire, data processing by the Ucinet software, and finally statistics compiling by SPSS in this research. The highlights obtained in this research were listed as follows:

1. The results showed that the interpersonal relationship between the members of the tested group is good and insensitive to the conflict if the IFN was intimately, but the ICN was loosely connected with the testee.

2. There is no occupational tiredness between the members of the tested group whom have passion for their work even if the working efficiency is still generally a pressure to them.

3. A highly inverse proportional relationship of IFN to working pressure (or to occupational tiredness) was found which reveals that the member who is good in interpersonal relationships is more insensitive to working pressure and occupational tiredness than others.

4. A highly direct proportional relationship of ICN to working pressure (or to occupational tiredness) was found which reveals that the member who frequently conflicts with other members is more sensitive to working pressure and occupational tiredness than others.
