海外市場進入模式選擇是企業國際化過程中最重要戰略決策之一,近年來一直受到許多學者的關注,企業在進行國際化擴張時,會面臨兩個決策,分別是產出決策(output decision)與進入模式決策(mode of entry decision)。它直接影響企業未來的決策以及在海外市場的績效。當企業在進行國際化時,將會面臨三個互相關聯的問題,就是該進入哪國市場、何時進入與採用何種進入模式。

在國際全球化的衝擊下,台商企業必須加快海外投資的腳步,才能提高競爭力,如何有效擴展海外據點,在國際市場延續企業的生命力,增加自身的競爭優勢,將是台商企業所要面臨的一大課題。而隨著下游產業外移以及要求所屬供應鏈廠商也須配合下,散熱風扇產業也不例外,必須一起遷移到海外。散熱風扇產業零組件廠商多屬於中小企業,該如何運用有限的資源來選擇海外市場進入模式,勢必將嚴重影響著未來營運的成敗。本研究利用分析層級程序(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),並建構地主國体制環境、企業內部体制、產業特徵與公司特殊資產專屬性等構面,來評估散熱風扇產業零組件廠商對海外市場進入模式的選擇,經相關文獻整理與專家問卷,第一層分為四個關鍵構面、第二層共有十八項評估指標,以分析層級程序法(AHP)之架構進行專家及問卷調查後,輔以決策群體 (Expert Choice)的軟體應用,對海外市場進入模式選擇的影響因素進行回顧與評析,分析出各關鍵因素的權重與優先向量,進而找出進入模式選擇的影響因素及模式之選擇。
Choosing foreign market entry mode is one of the most important strategic decisions of internationalization and has attracted close attention from many researchers in recent years. When enterprises are expanding internationally, they would face two decisions which are output decision and mode of entry decision. The mode of entry decision directly affects enterprises’ future decisions as well as the performance of foreign markets. When enterprises are expanding internationally, they would face three interconnecting problems, namely, which country to enter, when to enter, and what type of entry strategy.
Under the impact of globalization, Taiwan enterprises has to speed up their pace in overseas investment in order to increase competitiveness. The concerns they needed to consider are how to effectively expand oversea branches and utilize the vitality of sustainable enterprise in the international market to increase their own competition advantages. Along with downstream industry outsourcing and requesting cooperation from supply chain companies, most cooling parts companies are small- and medium-sized businesses. How to utilize limited resources to choose foreign market entry mode would significantly affect their success in the future. This study employed analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and constructed host country’s system and environment, enterprise’s internal system, industrial characteristics, and company asset specificity to evaluate cooling fan parts companies’ decision on foreign market entry mode. After related literature organization and expert questionnaires, the first level is divided into four key aspects and the second level has 18 evaluation indexes to analyze AHP framework and perform expert questionnaire investigations. The questionnaires are assisted by expert choice software to review and comment on influencing factors of foreign market entry mode, analyze the importance and priority vector of each key factor, and find out the influencing factors on how to choose entry mode and the choice of entry mode.
