本論文提出一套以台電智慧型電網架構為出發點,研究使用關連嵌入式控制元件 (OPC, OLE for Process Control)自動化控制元件與圖形化遠端監控技術,開發目前在台電電網保全平台的火力發電廠保全緊急通報系統,以實現智慧型電網最底層的資料整合與傳遞的核心功能。
本論文使用OPC作為數據整合的中介層,透過自行開發的OPC Client監聽程式,對節點數據作監測功能。
論文中研究將OPC與MCU結合,進行多點對多點資料傳輸,來解決工業界SCADA系統長期以來無法進行遠距離數百公里遠傳輸的瓶頸,透過雲端運算的概念,將電廠視為雲端(Cloud),電廠內資料收集網路將所擷取到的資料彙整後,送往雲端,並在每一個階層都有OPC作為資料交換層,將來要擷取資料的時候,都是雲跟雲之間互相溝通即可獲得所需資料。
The purpose of the study was to develop the Taiwan Power Company Emergency Announce System for Taipower’s security platform, hoping to realize a core function of data integration and transmission for the lowest level of the Smart Grid. The study proposed integrating OPC (OLE for Process Control) technology automatic control components and graphic remote control technology to solve the difficult data integration problems between the SCADA systems. Traditionally, the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) was used to transmit the collected data back to the large-scale computer. However, this managing method of centralization is illogical when applied to the current scheduling system. In this current study, OPC was used as the medium of data integration. Through the self-developed OPC Client monitor program, the node data could be monitored. The integrated OPC and MCU was applied to multipoint-to-multipoint data transmission to solve the transmission problem between SCADA systems, in which a long distance transmission of several hundred kilometers is unreachable. Through the concept of Cloud Computing, every power company is regarded as a Cloud. And the data collection network would send the data to the Clouds, so OPCs function as exchanging layers for every level. Therefore, mutual communication between Clouds enabled the system to obtain the necessary data.
