臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

企業資源規劃系統（Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP）則具有高度的整合性
和即時性，使得企業可以策略性規劃各式資源，將企業整體營運更為系統化，由
此可知，企業體想要脫胎換骨，將需要運用具有功能強大的ERP系統軟體，以此系
統做為企業的系統基礎，將企業內外部資源整合，以提升競爭優勢。現今台灣大
型企業已建置ERP系統達到飽和狀態，而企業所需要的是瞭解導入ERP系統之後，
其經營績效為何。因此，本研究採用（Seiford & Zhu, 1999）所發展的DEA二階段
「獲利能力」與「市場能力」模型，建構ERP關鍵因子理論架構。更深入探討ERP
關鍵因子各構面與公司經營績效「獲利能力」、「市場能力」之關聯性，並運用
資料包絡分析法（Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA）探討其效率情形，最後利用管
理決策矩陣，提供企業經營績效一個標竿準則，管理者可加以改善不足之處及建
議強化總體企業營運管理。

Enterprise resource planning system（ERP）has the high degree of integrity and
timeliness, causes the enterprise can strategically to plan various types resources, and
makes the overall operation of enterprises more systematic. Thus businesses want to
reborn; it will need to utilize the formidable ERP system software, and this system as
the basis for enterprise systems to integrate the internal and external resources of
enterprises for enhancing the competitive advantage. At present Taiwan major
industries have established the ERP system to achieve the saturated state; businesses
need to understand the performance of their business when they import the ERP system.
Therefore, this research uses two stages of DEA “profit ability” and “market ability”
model（Seiford & Zhu, 1999） to construct the key factors of theoretical framework of
ERP. Moreover, this research applies the application of DEA（Data Envelopment
Analysis, DEA） to explore the relation of profit capability and market capability in
Firm. Finally, this research uses a management decision-making matrix to provide a
business performance benchmark criteria and it can improve the shortcomings to
strengthen the overall management of business operations.
