近年來由於全球科技的快速發展,新產品研發層出不窮,迫害自然環境,危害人體健康;同時,企業正面臨社會大眾對環境保護的重視,尤其台灣多數企業是以外銷產品為主,面對歐美、日本等國家對環境保護所設立的法規,如WEEE、RoHs、ISO 14000…等,台灣相當多的標竿企業也以綠色供應鏈管理的模式積極推展,對品質管理亦逐漸朝向綠色管理的趨勢進行,然而這兩個層面皆會影響到企業的營運狀況、獲利情形及企業的競爭力。因此,本研究主要目的在於探討綠色供應鏈管理對財務績效之影響關係,並以全面品質環境管理為干擾變項。本研究以台灣資訊科技製造廠商為實證對象,透過敘述統計分析、因素分析、信效度分析、階層迴歸干擾分析為研究方法。本研究共計發放580份問卷,回收119份問卷,其中有效問卷116份,無效問卷3份,有效回收率20%。研究實證結果顯示,企業推動全面品質環境管理下,綠色供應鏈管理對財務績效具有顯著的正相關,因此在全球暖化,政府積極宣導綠色環保的意識下,本研究將可提供國內外製造商參考,以利綠色環保之推動,並提供學術研究參考。
Recently, affect technologies have changed rapidly and developed a large number of new products which damage the environment and affect human health. Enterprises face the issue of green environment by promoting it with Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and Total Quality Environment Management (TQEM). Both are able to affect the company operation and competitive advantage. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Green Supply Chain Management on Financial Performance, the Total Quality Environment Management as a Moderator. We have employed the Taiwan IT industries as the samples, and the methodology includes Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis, Reliability and Hierarchical Regression. We have mailed 580 questionnaires, received 119 and 3 failed. The result reveals that the effects of GSCM on financial performance have positive significant relationships. Thus, the results of this research not only serve as the decision making reference for promoting green environment bus also provides the basic framework for further study.
