由於市場競爭快速變化,使得純粹的推式或拉式的生產方式已經漸漸不符當今企業之需求。從過去之研究可知,整合推式及拉式之生產方式具有多種優點;然而,尚未有人從流程分析的角度去探討整合推-拉式生產之運作方式,當公司對作業流程越了解越能從中找出不合理之處,並重新以不同角度檢視企業流程,如此不僅可以釐清並檢視公司的價值鏈,對於公司往後導入資訊系統時也能更清楚,因此,本研究以台灣專業精密機械加工廠為例,運用整合式資訊系統中的事件導向程序連結圖為分析流程之工具,建構符合該公司之推-拉流程模型,最後並將此推-拉流程模式以模擬模式分析推-拉系統之績效。結果顯示當訂單抵達間隔時間與訂單量變異大時,推-拉式生產系統能夠有更充足的反應時間,讓生產線更快速反應客戶訂單提升服務水準。
For the sake of quick change in global competition, a pure push or pull production environment cannot meet the requirements of enterprise. Past researches demonstrated that there are many advantages by implementing a push-pull integrated production system. However it still lacks of detail discussions for such system from the point of process analysis which can highlight the non-value added operation and find out the value chain of a company. In this research a precision machinery company was used to be the background for constructing the push-pull process production model. We utilized an excellent process based model, eEPC (extended Event-driven Process Chains), to describe the analyzed case. Finally this research used simulation method to show the performance of the corresponding developed process-based push-pull production model. The results indicate that this developed push-pull production model can provide quick response for customer orders when high variation exists in order inter-arrival and order quantity. That is, a process-based model can be a new solution to analyze push-pull production system quickly. And such analysis will provide an effective performance in a global changing marketing.
