本研究主要探討台灣某運輸公司員工卡債與員工表現的關係,共分為兩個研究,研究一目的為探討卡債金額件數與員工特質、員工表現的關係,透過集群分析將254 位員工分為高、中、低三群,研究結果發現:(1)員工年紀大、有子女撫養數的卡債金額高。(2)中卡債金額件數群的員工在績效表現上比低、高卡債金額件數群的員工好。研究二採用問卷調查法,針對無卡債員工發放391 份、有卡債員工發放148份,探討員工困擾問題事件(同事相處、主管相處、工作特性、健康醫護、朋友相處、父母相處、家務負擔、夫妻伴侶、親戚相處、親子相處等問題)與員工幸福感(工作滿意度、生活滿意度、生理健康、心理健康、離職傾向)的關係,並以員工有無卡債為干擾變數,研究結果發現:(1)無卡債員工與有卡債員工在朋友相處、金錢困擾等問題上有顯著差異,有卡債員工在朋友相處及金錢困擾等問題程度,顯著高於無卡債員工;(2) 無卡債員工與有卡債員工在生活滿意度、生理健康、心理健康上有顯著差異。無卡債員工的生活滿意度、生理健康
、心理健康程度,皆顯著高於有卡債員工;(3)在工作特性問題下,有卡債員工比無卡債員工有明顯的工作滿意度與離職傾向等問題,無卡債員工比有卡債員工有明顯的生理健康問題。其次,在夫妻伴侶問題下,有卡債員工比無卡債員工有明顯的生理健康問題。
The purpose of this study explores the association of the credit card debt (CCD)employees’ background characteristic,
problems, well-being at a transportation company in Taiwan. There are two studies in this research, the study one explores the association of CCD, employees’ background characteristic, and behavior. The study one used 254 CCD employees’ objective records within company, and used the cluster analysis to break into three groups: high, medium, and low CCD. This results indicate that (1) the CCD is more higher when the employees were aged or have more children
than those who don''t have children, (2) The medium CCD group employees have the better performance than low and high CCD group employees .Moreover, in order to understand the relationship and the CCD moderator effect between employees’problems(including job characteristic, other works, supervisor, friends,parents,household,spouse/partner,
other relatives, children, and health ) and employee well-being (including work satisfaction, life satisfaction, physical health, mental health,and turnover intenion), the study two collected 539 employees, of whom 391 have not CCD,
and 148 have CCD by using questionnaire survey. Results showed that (1) the CCD employee have significant more money and friends problems than those have no CCD;
(2) CCD employees have significantly lower life satisfaction, physical health and mental health than those have no CCD; (3)CCD have the significant moderator effect
between the work characteristic problem and employee well-being.When CCD employees have work characteristic problem, CCD employees have significantly lower work satisfaction, higher physical health, and higher turnover intention than those have no CCD.
