台灣連接器產業,隨著全球化發展的競爭壓力,市場上受到產品推陳出新、產品生命週期縮短、價格下滑的影響,連接器市場面臨產業結構改變等更嚴苛的競爭環境。產業競爭不再是製造者對製造者,已擴大到供應鏈與供應鏈間的競爭,因此供應鏈整合更顯得重要。本研究探討台灣連接器產業「供應鏈整合的性質」、「供應鏈整合的挑戰」、「供應鏈整合的狀態」與「供應鏈整合的效益」,剖析連接器產業供應鏈與整體環境中的機會與挑戰。「供應鏈整合的性質」:由企業與通路夥伴間的合作與協同作業,說明組織間關係;藉供應鏈整合中溝通與信任、對供應商評選模式,探討供應鏈整合關係。「供應鏈整合的挑戰」:如,企業內部措施配合的挑戰;資訊系統整合的困難;供應鏈成員間能否共同承擔風險、綠色環保供應鏈整合;供應鏈成員間利益分配公平的問題;供應鏈安全風險的挑戰。「供應鏈整合狀態」:本研究以組織功能觀點及通路觀點來探究供應鏈整合狀態;功能觀點:強化企業內部功能,促進供應鏈整合價值,包含綠色環保供應鏈、供應鏈安全等價值活動,進行水平與垂直整合推動計畫;通路觀點:以通路的整合價值進入國際市場行銷,建立供應鏈共用通路、尋求具有通路資源的異業進行聯盟,發揮通路整合價值。「供應鏈整合的效益」:掌握市場脈動的商業化整合效益,使組織、流程、產品、服務更有彈性,形成供應鏈整合的關鍵成功因素。在產業發展及供應鏈形成以:供應商、企業、通路所組成的價值系統,建構供應鏈整合的核心競爭力。供應鏈整合效益在降低經營風險,強化企業經營與連接器上下游供應鏈的整合力量,發揮供應鏈整合的競爭優勢。

Taiwan connector industry, along with the competition press of globalization development, is weeded through the old to bring forth the new by product on the market, the product life cycle shorten, price fall of influence, the connector market faces an industrial structure change to wait for more rigorous competition environment. Industry the competition isn''t the manufacturing any more expand the competition of the supply chain and the supply chain towards making, already, therefore the supply chain integrates to seem to be importance more. This research inquires into Taiwanese connector industry "the quality of supply chain integration", "supply chain integration of challenge", "supply chain integration of status" and "the supply chain integrate of benefit" and parses the supply chain of the connector industry and the chance and challenge in the whole environment. "The quality of supply chain integration" :By enterprise and closed path partner the cooperation of with be in conjunction with homework, explain an organization relation; Win communication and trust and judge and decide mode to the supplier with supply chain integration, inquire into that the supply chain integrates a relation. "The challenge of supply chain integration" :As, the enterprise internal measure matches with of challenge; The difficulty of information system integration; Supply chain member can together undertake risk, green integration of the environmental protection supply chain; The problem of the supply chain equity of the benefit allocation among the members; The challenge of the supply chain safe risk. "The supply chain integrates a status" :This research investigates the status of the supply chain integration with the standpoint of the organization function and the closed path standpoint; Function standpoint :Enhance the enterprise internal function, promote supply chain integration worth, include a green environmental protection supply chain, supply chain security etc. value activity, carry on horizontal and vertical to integrate a promotion project; Closed path standpoint :Get into an international marketing by the integration value of the closed path, the different industry that creates a supply chain to totally use closed path and look for to have a closed path resource carries on an alliance and develops the value of the closed path integration. "The benefit of supply chain integration": control the commercial integration benefit of market pulsation, make the organization, process, product, service had flexibility more, and form the successful factor of the key to supply chain integration. Development in the industry and supply chain forming with: the worth system constituted by supplier, enterprise, closed path constructs the core competencies of supply chain integration. Supply chain integration benefit reduce management risk, enhance enterprise management and connector to up and down swim the integration strength of supply chain, and develop the competitive advantage of supply chain integration.
