本論文主要目的為設計與發展一套「應用於醫療保健器材之生理安全監控系統」。本系統以MSP430省電型微處理器為核心,結合心電圖、血氧飽和度、心跳率等生理訊號量測,以智慧型醫療保健器材安全系統的概念,隨時檢視人體生理訊號,於生理狀況不佳時發出警示,達到安全、良好之健康管理。本系統的主要功能與特色包括:(1)以MSP430省電型微處理器為發展核心;(2)心電圖量測功能;(3)血氧飽和度量測功能;(4)心跳率量測功能;(5)心電圖訊號識別功能;(6)感測器脫落判別功能;(7)安全控制警示系統……等。本研究初期已達成心電圖、心跳率與血氧量測,可偵測心電圖訊號真偽,使心跳率換算更準確,並可判斷電極及血氧探頭之連接狀況。未來將可供醫療保健器材廠商提升產品功能,並進一步提升國內醫療保健器材水準。
In this thesis, a system based on the low-power MSP430 microcontroller is developed to measure physiological parameters such as ECG, oxygen saturation and heart rate. It is an intelligent health care surveillance system that can monitor the physiological activities of human beings and give out warnings when the subject is getting uncomfortable to achieve secure and optimum health management. The main function of this system includes: (1)Using MSP430 as the core of all signal processing; (2)ECG measurement; (3)oxygen saturation measurement; (4)heart rate measurement; (5)electrocardiogram identification; (6)sensor fall off identification; (7)security alarm system, etc. The prototype system has performed the functions such as ECG, heart rate and oxygen saturation measurements. We improve the accuracy of the detected ECG signals. And the function to detect the connectivity condition of oxygenation sensor is also included. In the future, it will be upgraded based on the concerning of practical applications and can be used to promote the quality of health and care equipments.
