陰影疊紋法為一光學量測系統,用於量測物體表面三維形貌,屬於非接觸式量測,所以不會對物體表面造成損傷。
本文主要目的是利用四鄰點相位展開法搭配陰影疊紋法系統量測,將相位展開運算設定在量測區域範圍內,使陰影疊紋法系統能夠量測表面中央有空洞之試件。
砂輪表面含有人工鑽石,且表面較為粗糙,在應用陰影疊紋法量測時,條紋圖像上會有亮點以及暗點的產生,影響到砂輪試件表面形貌的計算,本實驗利用中值濾波來消除條紋圖像上的亮點與暗點,並比較使用不同濾波遮罩大小以及濾波次數,觀察中值濾波對砂輪表面形貌上的影響。
另外在建築上木材仍然是不可或缺的材料之ㄧ,不同溫度對木材會產生不同的翹曲量,進而可能會在建築結構上發生影響,本文應用陰影疊紋法來量測木材在不同溫度下產生的翹曲量,觀察其表面變化狀況,並架設位移感測器量測木材兩條對角線高度值與實驗結果比較誤差。
Shadow moiré method is an optical measuring system used to measure the 3D surface profile of objects. It is noncontact and nondestructive measurement.
In this article, the primary purpose is to measure the 3D surface profile of hollow grinding wheel by shadow moiré method with using 4-neighbors phase unwrapping method. Due to the grinding wheel surface includes artificial diamonds, and the surface is rougher, when using the shadow moiré system to measure the 3D surface profile of grinding wheel, there will have the bright spots and dark spots on phase fringe images, I utilize median filter to eliminate the bright spot and dark spot which on the phase fringe image, and in the paper has discussion about the 3D surface profile of grinding wheel by use median filter with different mask size and times.
In addition, wood is the main material in building, different temperature will affect the warpage of wood, the structure will be affected when the warpage of wood is changed. In this article, shadow moiré method is used to measure 3D surface profile of wood in different temperature conditions, and setting up the displacement sensor to measure the profile of two diagonals of the wood and to compare with shadow moiré’s data.
