一般有關TAM之研究,主要是利用文獻探討法來找出TAM的前置因素。而本研究除了參考文獻之外,再利用德懷術找出影響知覺有用性和知覺易用性的前置因素,進而確定研究架構與研究假設,並利用統計方法來驗證假說。研究結果顯示,系統功能性、系統互動性、數位教材品質、支援服務和電腦自我效能皆會直接影響知覺有用性;而系統功能性、數位教材品質和電腦自我效能會直接影響知覺易用性。故本研究顯示利用德懷術找出的前置因素結果都有顯著影響,驗證使用德懷術讓找出前置因素的方法將更趨嚴謹,同時提供未來研究尋找前置因素的一種新方法。
This research makes an attempt to investigate the antecedents of Perceived ease of use (PEOU) and Perceived usefulness (PU). First, through an implementation process of Delphi technique to ask the degree of important of antecedents from experts and professors, then developed a modified TAM model. Second, The model was empirically verified to examine the antecedents influencing the Perceived ease of use and Perceived usefulness. The results indicated that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are positively influenced by such factors as System functionality, System interactivity, Content quality of e-Learning Courseware, Support services and Computer
self-efficacy. Based on the research findings, implications and limitations are then discussed for future possible research.
