本試驗主要目的在探討,套袋材質與套袋時期對麻豆白柚(Citrus grandis Osbeck ‘Mato Peiyu’)果實生長發育及果實品質之影響。試驗結果顯示,麻豆白柚發育期間之果實鮮重、體積、縱徑、橫徑所構成的生長曲線較類似單S 型曲線,果實初期發育以果皮為主,後期果球快速發育。果實之鮮重、體積、縱徑、橫徑、果球率、果汁率、總可溶性固形物含量和固酸比均隨果實發育週數增加而提高;可滴定酸含量隨果實發育週數增加呈現持續下降的趨勢。麻豆白柚果皮葉綠素含量於調查初期(花後4週)最濃,之後,隨著果實發育週數增加而下降;顏色在發育初期呈現深綠色,接近採收時期則轉為黃綠色或黃色。葉綠素含量與明亮度(L*)及彩度呈負相關,與色相角呈正相關。

不同套袋材質對麻豆白柚果實之鮮重、體積、果球率、果汁率、總可溶性固形物含量和固酸比等果實品質影響並不顯著。對果實縱徑和橫徑亦無影響。套雙層牛皮紙袋之果實,葉綠素含量和色相角明顯低於對照組和套白色紙袋之果實,明亮度及彩度則相反。套報紙紙袋之果實,葉綠素含量和色相角也明顯低於對照組。因此,雙層牛皮紙袋對於麻豆白柚果實轉色效果較佳,其次為報紙紙袋。

不同套袋時期對麻豆白柚果實之鮮重、體積、果球率、果汁率、總可溶性固形物含量和固酸比等果實品質影響並不顯著。對果實縱徑和橫徑亦無影響。9月16日套袋之果實,葉綠素含量明顯高於8月1日套袋之果實,明亮度及彩度則相反。因此,8月1日套袋之果實轉色效果較佳。
The effect of different bagging materials and dates on fruit growth and quality of ‘Mato Peiyu’ (Citrus grandis Osbeck ) fruit were investigated in the test. The results was shown that the ‘Mato Peiyu’ fruit growth pattern appeared a single sigmoid curve based on fresh weight, fruit volume and fruit diameter. In the early growth stage the peel grew quickly and the pulp grew at later stage. The fresh weight, volume , diameter, pulp rate ,juice rate, total soluble solids and TSS/TA ratio of fruit increased with fruit development , while the titrated acidity of juice decreased. The highest chlorophyll content of peel was found at the fist time of the test, and then declined gradually during fruit development. The peel color was dark green in the early growth stage, and then become yellow-green or yellow near mature period. The chlorophyll content of peel was negatively correlated with brightness(L*) and chroma ,and positively correlated with hue angle .

There was no difference of different bagging materials on fruit fresh weight, volume , diameter, pulp rate ,juice rate, total soluble solids and TSS/TA ratio . The chlorophyll content and hue angle of peel of fruits bagged with two layers kraft bags were lower than these fruits bagged with white paper bags and fruits which were unbagged ,where the brightness and chroma was on the contrary. The chlorophyll content and hue angle of peel of fruits bagged with newspaper bags was also lower than unbagged fruits. The results suggested that two layers kraft bags had best effect on the coloration of peel , and newspaper bags was poorer than two layers kraft bags.

The influence of different bagging dates on fruit fresh weight, volume , diameter, pulp rate ,juice rate, total soluble solids and TSS/TA ratio was not significant . The chlorophyll content of peel of fruits bagged on Sep.16 was lower significantly than fruits bagged on Aug.1 ,where the brightness and chroma was on the contrary. The results suggested that bagged on Aug.1 had best effect on the coloration of peel.
