本文的研究目的是探討運動疲勞後給予局部振動刺激,肌肉力矩及平均功率頻率(Mean Power Frequency)的改變情形,以了解疲勞及肌肉功能恢復的處理效果。共有20名18~25歲嘉義大學學生參與本研究,以等速測力機(Biodex)進行疲勞運動,執行33次慣用手肘伸直最大等長運動(每次收縮2秒,休息6秒),並於第30、31、32次的休息期間,進行肱三頭肌肌腱局部振動刺激,以Biodex及肌電儀分別紀錄最大伸直力矩及肌電訊號。將所得資料分成第1~3次、28~30次、31~33次三組,比較三組肘最大伸直力矩及MPF,以SPSS12.0套裝軟體,進行相依樣本單因子變異數分析(α=.05)。本研究結果:進行30次每次用力2杪、休息6秒的最大等長伸直的疲勞運動後,確實可以使肌力及MPF明顯下降(分別下降26.09%及6.93%),而在給予3次每次6秒的局部振動刺激,不論最大伸直力矩或MPF的表現上,第31~33次較第28~30次都有略微升高(分別增加5.88%及0.55%)。結論:疲勞運動後,藉由短時間的局部振動刺激,最大肌力及平均功率頻率下降有減緩的趨勢,表示肱三頭肌疲勞的程度有改善,但可能是因刺激時間不夠長,未達顯著差異。
